    Boring Necessary Legal Stuff

    If a commission has been agreed upon, I will direct you back to this part of the page and ask you to confirm you've read the entire thing before you pay. This is to ensure the commission process is consistent and easy for both me and you. Please take careful note of the following as well. By purchasing a commission you agree to the terms set on this page prior, as well as:

    • You understand that a commission does not include commercial rights, unless agreed upon prior (read on further to see how). Otherwise, by purchasing a commission, you agree to not commercialise the work purchased in any form, including but not limited to - merchandise, prints, reselling the art itself, NFTs, etc.
    • By purchasing this commission you also accept that the piece does not serve as an endorsement of your actions and views, nor anyone else's.
    • If you are seeking to cancel the commission, and it is past the sketch stage but not a complete state, you can be refunded 50% of the final commission price. If it is a finished piece (i.e. I have sent you the uncompressed final files after you've signed off on the final design) you cannot request a refund afterwards.
    • Unless specifically requested, I may used the piece commissioned in future portfolios, to post on social media or commission sheets as proof of work I've done.

    If you are seeking commercial rights, e.g. to use the art in merchandise or some other commercial form, please contact me - we will negotiate an additional cost for those and/or royalties. If you've actually read these terms, send me the words "elbow shenanigans". If a situation occurs in my own personal life that prevents me from working on the art for more than a month (e.g. medical or family emergencies), I will mention this to you at the soonest opportunity and you will be offered a full refund.
